The most important rules for people who live in God Living accommodation. Please read carefully — it is important for you and for the other residents.
Something broken? Call us now
Water leak, no electricity, broken lock, no heating — call us immediately, at any time. Do not wait until the morning.
Water is leaking, you smell gas, there is no power or heating? Call immediately — do not wait for an answer to the form.
Also tell your coordinator or supervisor at your company. This is your duty — we do the repair, but your company must know about the problem.
The most important rules in every flat
Quiet time 22:00–7:00
After 22:00 speak quietly, do not play loud music, do not slam doors.
No alcohol, no smoking, no drugs
In the whole flat and building. Fine: 1000 PLN for each case.
No visitors from outside
Do not invite people who do not live here. No parties.
Sort your rubbish
Not sorting: 1000 PLN fine for each case.
Clean up after yourself
The kitchen, bathroom and hallway are shared. Leave them clean.
Report problems immediately
Especially leaking water. Problem not reported = you pay for all the damage.
Take care of the equipment
The person who damages furniture, walls, doors or appliances pays for them.
Look after your keys
Lost keys: 200 PLN per set.
Air your room every day
Two or three times a day for 5–10 minutes. Without it, black mould appears on the walls.
Do not cook in the room
Cookers, pressure cookers and rice cookers only in the kitchen. A burnt floor is your cost.
Smoke only outside the building
No smoking anywhere in the flat — e-cigarettes too. Fine: 1000 PLN.
