Accommodation for companies

If you bring people to a plant, a construction site or a warehouse in Poland, you need beds close to the job, clean, and with somebody who answers the phone when a tap starts leaking at midnight. That is exactly what we do.

What you get

• A whole flat or house for your crew only — we do not add people from other companies.
• Independent rooms wherever possible, single beds, no bunk beds in most properties.
• Full equipment: kitchen with fridge and cooker, washing machine, wardrobes, bedding and towels.
• Internet in every property.
• Technical service 24/7 and an inspection at least once a month.
• Rules in writing, translated into the languages your people speak.

How fast

When we have free places in the town you need, people can move in within a few days. For larger projects we prepare properties in advance — the earlier you tell us the volume and the dates, the better the locations we can secure.

Price and invoicing

From 750–1,100 PLN net per person per month (+23% VAT). One framework agreement, one invoice per month for the property, paid by bank transfer. Your workers pay us nothing.
