Our standard

Worker accommodation has a bad reputation in Poland, and often it is deserved. These are the things we hold to in every property, and they are the reason clients stay with us for years.

In every property

• Independent rooms — nobody walks through someone else’s bedroom to reach the bathroom.
• The whole property for one company. No mixing crews.
• Proper beds with mattresses from our own warehouse, single beds wherever possible.
• Full equipment: kitchen with fridge and cooker, washing machine, wardrobes, dishes, bedding, towels.
• Internet — for people far from home this is the basic link with the family, not an extra.
• Technical service 24/7 and inspections at least once a month.

Rules for residents

Quiet hours 22:00–7:00, no alcohol, no smoking inside, no outside visitors, rubbish sorted, damage paid for by the person who caused it. Every resident gets the rules and the practical guides in a language they understand — we publish them in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish, with QR posters in bathrooms and kitchens.

This is not decoration. Clear rules in the resident’s own language are the cheapest way to avoid damage, complaints from neighbours and emergency call-outs.
