What we do differently
- Capacity planning. Tell us the volume for the next quarter and we prepare properties before your people land.
- One region, one coordinator. You call the same person every time, not a call centre.
- Rotation without drama. People change during the month; we handle handovers, keys and condition reports.
- Documents. Framework agreement, house rules translated for residents, inspection reports, damage records.
- Standards. We keep to the statutory floor area per person and we can show it in writing.

Today: 96 properties, 917 beds, 38 towns. Large sites include houses for 20–30 people under one roof, which is usually what a single agency placement needs.
Prices start at 750–1,100 PLN net per person per month (+23% VAT), with better rates for larger volumes and longer cooperation.
