We rent flats and houses from owners and use them as worker accommodation. The owner signs one contract with a company, not with a series of private tenants.

What the owner gets

Fixed rent every month, regardless of how many people actually live there.
No empty months. The vacancy risk is ours, not yours.
One contract with a limited company with a KRS number, not with individuals.
The property is looked after. Our own technical team, inspections at least monthly, minor repairs on us.
Clear rules for residents — no alcohol, no smoking, quiet hours, written penalties for damage.

What we are looking for

Flats from three rooms, in blocks or tenement houses, ideally with independent rooms.
Houses and semi-detached houses, from four rooms, two bathrooms are a plus.
Whole tenement houses or floors — we take them over complete, including fitting them out.
Good access to industrial zones and expressways; the district prestige does not matter.

We view and price the property free of charge. Contact us in English — we will switch to Polish only if you prefer.
