Worker accommodation in Poland

God Living is a Polish company that provides accommodation for workers — furnished flats and houses rented to employers and staffing agencies, not to individual tenants. We currently run 96 properties with 917 beds in 38 towns, mostly in Silesia, Lower Silesia, Opole, Łódź and Lesser Poland regions.

How it works

• You get the whole property. We never mix crews from different companies in one flat — your people live alone.
• One contract, one invoice. A framework agreement covers the property and an agreed number of people; you receive a single invoice per month.
• Furnished and ready. Beds, wardrobes, kitchen equipment, washing machine, internet — the worker arrives with a suitcase.
• We run the property. Our own technical team handles faults 24/7, we inspect every flat at least once a month.

Prices

Accommodation starts at 750–1,100 PLN net per person per month (+23% VAT). The rate depends on the town, the standard of the property, how many people share a room and how long the cooperation lasts. We quote the exact price usually within the same working day.

Where we work

Silesia (Katowice, Gliwice, Tychy, Sosnowiec, Zabrze and twenty more towns), Lower Silesia (Wrocław and the logistics belt along the A4), Opole, Łódź with Stryków, and the Kraków area. If your plant is somewhere else, ask — we open new locations for projects.

Workers who already live with us have their own information zone in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish.
